Terms and Conditions

1. General

These Terms and Conditions govern the booking and use of tours, transfers, cruises, accommodation, excursions, and other travel services provided by Egypt Gold Tours (“we”, “us”, “our”, or “the Company”).

By making a booking with us, you confirm that you have read, understood, and accepted these Terms and Conditions.

2. Booking & Confirmation

  • All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation.
  • A booking is considered confirmed only after we receive the required payment or deposit and issue a booking confirmation.
  • Customers must provide accurate information, including names, passport details, travel dates, hotel information, and contact details where required.
  • Any errors in the information provided by the customer may result in additional charges or service restrictions.
  • Some services, including Nile cruises, domestic flights, special tickets, and accommodation, may have separate supplier-specific terms.

3. Payment

  • Payment requirements vary according to the selected tour or service.
  • The required deposit or full payment must be received by the deadline stated in the booking confirmation.
  • Failure to make payment by the agreed deadline may result in cancellation of the reservation.
  • Prices may change before confirmation due to supplier availability, government fees, taxes, currency fluctuations, or other external factors.

4. Prices

  • All prices are quoted according to the services specified in the booking.
  • Unless otherwise stated, prices do not include personal expenses, optional activities, tips, visas, international flights, or services not specifically mentioned as included.
  • Any additional services requested after confirmation may be charged separately.

Cancellation Policy

  • Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing and are subject to the terms and conditions of the booked cruise.
  • Cancellation charges depend on the cancellation date, cruise operator, departure date, season, and booking conditions.
  • Bookings cancelled well in advance may be eligible for a partial or full refund, after applicable charges are deducted.
  • Cancellations made close to the departure date may incur higher cancellation fees or may be non-refundable.
  • No-shows and cancellations after the scheduled departure are generally non-refundable.
  • No refund will normally be provided for late arrival or missed embarkation due to delayed flights, trains, transportation, or personal circumstances.
  • Special cancellation conditions may apply during Christmas, New Year, Easter, and other peak periods.
  • Any refund will be processed after deducting applicable supplier, administrative, bank, or payment-processing fees.
  • If the cruise operator cancels or significantly changes the cruise, alternative arrangements or a refund will be offered according to the applicable booking terms.
  • We strongly recommend travel insurance that includes trip cancellation and interruption coverage.
  • The exact cancellation policy applicable to your reservation will be confirmed at the time of booking.
